Our 10,000 m² grounds surround the house, with a large sunbathing lawn and terrace. From here you look across the Rosental to the Karawanken mountains.
Everything for a relaxing stay is right here on the grounds – the car can happily stay parked.

The apartments
Modern or rustic, always with a south-facing balcony
Our apartments are furnished in a modern or rustic style. An electric stove, fridge, bed linen and table linen are provided. Every apartment has a phone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, garden furniture and a south-facing balcony or terrace.
You can choose from three sizes: the Studio (approx. 35 m²), the Apartment with bedroom (approx. 55 m²) and the Family apartment (approx. 78 m²).

Between Lake Faak, Lake Wörthersee and the Karawanks
Schlatten lies in a quiet spot in the Rosental. Hiking trails start right at the front door, and the Carinthian lakes and neighbouring Slovenia and Italy are close by.
